PARKING & VALET
A majority of the parking lot at North Star Mall remains free to shoppers, with a small portion designated as Preferred Paid Parking. Preferred Paid Parking is managed through 12 Oaks. For information on parking rates, please visit https://12oaksparking.com/brookfield/. Preferred paid parking is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Purchase a Preferred Paid Parking space at North Star Mall today and 10% of North Star Mall’s net proceeds from your parking payment (excludes taxes, platform fees, and fees retained by the parking operator) will be donated to San Antonio Food Bank Inc. on behalf of North Star Mall. For a limited time only. Parking purchases are not tax deductible. To contact or learn more about San Antonio Food Bank Inc. and its charitable purposes, visit www.safoodbank.org.
